With eFile360, you can file 1099, 1098, W‑2, and Affordable Care Act forms in three steps.
You can enter data manually or upload a spreadsheet file to complete a form. Utilizing a spreadsheet file to complete multiple forms simultaneously is called “bulk upload.” We provide our customers with a bulk upload template. You can export your data from accounting software, and copy and paste it into the template. Once you have populated the spreadsheet template, you can use it to upload your data into our system. This is much faster than manually entering data into each form. Our system will check and report if there are errors in the data provided. Once the data is error free, our system will create the necessary forms for you. Once complete, we recommend that you review each form before placing your order. We provide you with a summary and detailed report for this purpose.
Once you complete your order, our team processes your order, which may include e‑filing, printing and mailing forms to recipients, TIN Checking, and e‑delivery.
After we file your forms, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you receive this email, you can log in to your account in order to print and mail a copy of each 1099 form to state or local agencies, as required,and save and print a copy for your records.

eFile360 offers volume pricing, which means the more forms you have to file, the cheaper each form costs. However, individual forms are no more than $3.50 for most forms and $4 for ACA forms.
